- After a wonderful thirty five year career in education as a teacher, vice principal and principal Judy and I had the privilege of spending the next thirteen years in the ministry as a support to seniors in two different churches. We are now fully retired. We have travelled throughout the Caribbean and enjoyed the adventure of spending the winters in Florida. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the gated communities of Riverwood near Port Charlotte plus Pelican Preserve and Westminster near Fort Myers. We also enjoyed our river cruises on the Danube and Rhine Rivers in Europe. My days used to be filled up with yard work and enjoying our ravine setting, however we recently moved into a condo which gives us more time for reading, bike riding, going for walks and spending time with family and friends. We have been blessed with two sons who have chosen the career paths of a corporate lawyer and a medical doctor. We have two wonderful daughters in law and two absolutely amazing grandchildren. Judy's dad passed away on February 13, 2020....nine days shy of his 99th birthday.
He was a very special person and Judy had a wonderful relationship with her dad. He will be greatly missed.
